VP Shettima Represents Tinubu at ECOWAS Headquarters Inauguration

Vice President Kashim Shettima on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu attended the formal inauguration of the new headquarters of the Economic Community of West African States in Abuja.

Speaking at the event, Shettima described the new headquarters as a symbol of renewal, resilience and confidence in the future of the regional bloc. He said the facility would strengthen the commitment of member states to regional integration, peace, industrialisation and shared prosperity.

The Vice President also called for a shift from a regional market to a regional production base, stressing the need for stronger economic cooperation and sustainable development across West Africa.
